- Al Sanya Review added: 2018.11.20★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been using Apple Mac computers for a very long time. I decided to get my Black Macbook fixed and data recovered. (Simple?) Seems like a very genuine guy, but I didn't see any other employees.
Everything was kept hidden, I didn't get a receipt, he claimed my macbook didn't work when he received it, took 4 days to find a replacement battery, couldn't recover deleted files, but the ones already on the computer? claimed I know nothing about the macbook. (He is a professional) and I received my macbook in my opinion, in much worse condition.
He also had some sort of guard? when I returned to collect it, I felt anxious and he was denouncing everything I said. I didn't like the way I was treated, and feel crushed that I may never get to even switch my Mac back on again. (I didn't know of any other place, if anyone has suggestions please tell!) Most awful experience I have had with any 'Professional' I just received my Mabook today, but with this beeping sound, I can't help but laugh!
