- Michael Harris Review added: 2018.12.04★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Had to take my bike in for repairs here twice in a row, but every time I do, I get it back with a different set of problems. Pretty disappointed. Won't be taking my bike back again for a third time.
Otherwise, location is alright for town and staff were always helpful/friendly when I was there. - Leslie Glass Review added: 2018.05.21★ ★ ★ ★ ★The shop was recommended to me by a friend. My personal experience was that I found the member of staff who helped me very friendly, took plenty of time to answer my questions, let me test ride a few bikes, try out a bike with a different seat for comfort. I have no complaints regarding service. I need to navigate the bureaucracy of the bike to work scheme before I can pick up the bike though, so can't comment on that aspect.
- Michael Madden Review added: 2018.03.13★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bought a Thin Blue Line retro style cycle cap at their shop recently as I wanted a cycling souvenir from Cambridge. Only when I got home did I realise how badly this cap has been made - it's really rubbish quality If a company is going to sell a product with their name on it should be flawless and not a "second". Unfortunately can't give no star.
